Age 90 | Edinburg, Texas
EDINBURG — Zenaida Flores passed away at age 90 on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Hidalgo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Zenaida was a woman of remarkable faith, strength, determination, and generosity. Throughout her life, she faced challenges with faith, courage and worked tirelessly to provide for and care for those she loved. She was a woman who understood the meaning of sacrifice, whose generosity extended beyond her immediate family, and whose actions often spoke louder than words.
Above all, Zenaida cherished her family. Her love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was an important part of the legacy she leaves behind. She demonstrated that strength is not always measured by the battles we overcome, but by the love we continue to give, even through life's most difficult moments.
She will be remembered for her faith, perseverance, her giving spirit, and the lasting influence she had on those fortunate enough to know her. Although her earthly journey has come to an end, the lessons she taught and the love she shared will continue through the generations of her family.
