MISSION - Chad Ashley Woytowich, 28, died Friday, January 30, 2009, at Mission Regional Medical Center.
He was born and raised in Canada and had lived in Mission since 1993.
Chad is survived by his wife, Dora Alicia Montanez; a daughter, Yvonne Ashley Woytowich; his parents, Brian and Yvonne Woytowich, all of Mission; a brother, Brian Woytowich; a niece, Tiara Woytowich, both of Canada; mother and father in law, Cervando and Dora Montanez; two sisters in law, Anabell and Aylin Montanez; two brothers in law, Juan C. Montanez and Jesus Garcia, all of McAllen; two aunts, Linda Spence and Wendy Johnson; a close friend, James McDonald; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give special thanks to Mission Regional Medical Center ICU staff and the doctors who cared for Chad.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 pm, with an 8 pm prayer service today, February 2, 2009, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Private interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
