GLORIA WHITE
EDINBURG - Gloria White, 72, died Saturday, January 29, 2011, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Mexico, Mrs. White had lived in Edinburg most of her life and was a member of Iglesia Cristiana Emmanuel.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Dominga Ochoa; three brothers, David Soto, Americo Gonzalez, Rafael Gonzalez; her parents, Jose and Margarita Gonzalez; and her husband, Joseph Lincoln White.
Mrs. White is survived by nine children, Mario J. (Liza) Delgado, Dolores (Eddie) Martinez, Yolanda (Juan) Delgado, Elena (Tony Gonzalez) White, Juan R. (Luz) Delgado, Leticia Cedillo, Margarita Delgado, all of Edinburg, Maria D. (Heriberto) Eguia, of Mission, Jose C. Gonzalez, of Reynoza; 26 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; former spouse, Encarnacion Delgado, of Edinburg; three sisters, Elvira Sanchez, of McAllen, Margarita F. Gonzalez, Teresa F. Urbina, both of Reynosa; and a brother, Francisco F. Gonzalez, of Reynosa.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm prayer service today, January 31, 2011, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
