PHARR- Valentin Rodriguez III, 40, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025, at his residence in Pharr.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Valentin and Minerva Rodriguez; paternal grandmother, Libertada Garcia; and maternal grandmother, Lorenza Garza.

Valentin is survived by his wife, Selina De La Rosa;a daughter, Minerva Rodriguez; four siblings, Ricardo Rodriguez, Petra Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez and Jose Rodriguez; four cousins, Marky Garcia, Rene Garcia, Sergio Lucio and Javier Rojas.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, August 11, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
