Teresa Cabrera

Teresa Cabrera, 88, entered eternal rest Saturday, September 6, 2025, at her residence. Born in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mrs. Cabrera lived in Pharr and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Cabrera Sanchez; a grandson, Dereck Lopez; her parents, Piedad and Soledad Rincon; a sister, Margarita Camacho; and a brother, Ismael Rincon. Mrs. Cabrera is survived by six children, Eduardo (Martha Elena Salazar) Cabrera, Rosie (Aurelio) Lopez, Jorge (Manuelita) Cabrera, Dago Cabrera, Lupita (Joe) Sanchez, Leticia Cabrera; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Maria Rincon and Sofia Rincon. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
