CIPRIANO SOTO SAN JUAN Cipriano Soto, 62, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Born on April 22, 1951 in Mexico, he had lived in San Juan since 2000. Mr. Soto is survived by his wife Elda Soto of San Juan; three children, Ramiro Soto, Valeria Soto , and Emilio Soto all of San Juan; four grandchildren, Zenayda, Valeria, Ramiro and Lori. Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, November 8, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
