PHARR – Silvia Cisneros, 69, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
Silvia is survived by her husband, Francisco A. Gaona; four daughters, Sonia Gaona, Karina Gaona, Maria Macarena Gaona, Yesica Gaona; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nine siblings, Rosa Elia Cisneros, Martin Alberto Cisneros, Maria Felicitas Cisneros, Javier Enrique Cisneros, Hilda Cisneros, Hilario Cisneros, Carolina Cisneros, Jose Luis Cisneros and Oralia Cisneros.
Visitation will begin at 12 noon, with a 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral Service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Santa Fe Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
