ALAMO – Sandra Alonso, 54, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at South Texas Health System Heart in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her father, Lucio Solis; and a brother, Lucio Solis Jr.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Ernesto Alonso; daughter, Ashley Michelle Alonso; one grandchild; mother, Ana Maria Alonso; sister, Esmeralda Gomez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, September 7, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
