San Juana Peña Salinas San Juan–San Juana Peña Salinas,68, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg. She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria De La Luz Salinas De La Cruz. San Juana is survived by her father, Alberto Peña Castañeda; six siblings; Javier Peña, Yolanda Peña, Sandra Peña, Alberto Peña, Fidencio Peña, and Erick Peña. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday May 19,2026, with a 6 p.m. rosary, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan. |
