PHARR- Salvador Pastran, 92, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at his residence in Pharr.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Andres and Maria De Jesus Pastran.
Salvador is survived by his wife, Maria Pastran; five children, Iris (Thomas Brauncinger) Pastran, Salvador (Eunice) Pastran Jr., Joel (Yara Murgia) Pastran, Irma (Jordan Floyd) Pastran, Abel Pastran; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four siblings.
Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
