MANUELA SALINAS
SAN JUAN - Manuela Salinas, 91, died Thursday, January 5, 2012, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
Born in China, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Mrs. Salinas had lived in San Juan since 1990.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jesus Maria Salinas.
Mrs. Salinas is survived by her eight children, Jesus Oscar Salinas, Guadalupe Salinas, Alvaro Salinas, Evelia Garza, Homero Salinas, Jose Luis Salinas, Americo Salinas, Jesus Angel Salinas; 32 grandchildren; and 44 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held Friday, January 6, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Interment will take place Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Panteon Municipal in General Bravo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
