ALAMO - Jose Andres Salinas, 86, died Thursday, January 17, 2019, at The Heights in Alamo.
Jose is survived by his wife, Tomasa R. Salinas; a son, Adolfo Salinas; two daughters, Alma Lourdes (Danny) Tate, Anna (Gustavo) Guajardo; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, January 20, 2019, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
