Ernest Lee Rutledge, 75, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guillermo Rutledge and Juanita Garza Rutledge; brother, Richard Rutledge; and sister, Norma Linda Rutledge Vela.
Mr. Rutledge is survived by his spouse, Rosa Alba Garcia Rutledge; two children, Ernest Lee Rutledge Jr., Joseph Rutledge; step son, Joe Sotelo Jr.; three grandchildren; and sister, Victoria Irene Rutledge Flores.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. with at 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Burial of cremated remains will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2023 at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
