Elijio Ruiz, Jr., 76, died Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Delia Hendrix; and a brother, Adan Ruiz.
Mr. Ruiz is survived by his son, Jaime Ruiz of Houston; two sisters, Eva Longoria of Mission, Maria G. Kearns of Edinburg; a brother, Rolando Ruiz of Edinburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton Rd. in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
