Ruben C. Rojas

Ruben C. Rojas, 82, died Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at McAllen Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rogelio and Maria Rojas; and a sister, Amelia Gonzalez.

Mr. Rojas is survived by his wife, Estella M. Rojas; a son, Ruben Rojas, Jr.; two daughters, Rubie Sweet, Rema Liz Rojas; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Mario Rojas and Rogelio Rojas, Jr.; and four sisters, Adalia Lopez, Gloria Ramirez, Amparo Rendon, and Socorro Maldonado.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, June 2, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
