DANIEL G. ROMERO EDINBURG - Daniel G. Romero, 76, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at McAllen Heart Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aurelio and Petra Romero; two brothers, Martin Romero and Aurelio Romero, Jr. Daniel is survived by his four children, Elsa (Robert) Rodriguez, Lisa (Luis) Romero De Leon, Daniel Romero, Jr. and Fernando Romero, all of Edinburg; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Olga Romero and Yolanda (Ismael) Serda, both of Edinburg; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, November 15, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
