ROBERTO JAVIER GONGORA

SAN JUAN- Roberto Javier Gongora, 58, died Friday, June 21, 2024, at McAllen Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jorge Elias and Delia Gongora; and a sister, Myrna Gongora.

Mr. Gongora is survived by his wife, Idalia Gongora; his children, Justin Xavier Gongora, Jaycob Andrew Gongora, Katelyn Renee Gongora; his siblings, Juana (Ricardo) Hinojosa, Alicia (Rufino) Garza, Yolanda (Rodolfo) Franz, Norma (Rene) Farias, Cynthia Gongora, Rolando (Mary) Gongora, and Jaime (Laura) Gongora.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2024, with a Rosary at 6 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
