Leticia is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Rios.
Leticia is survived by her father, Jose Rios; her spouse Daniel Zepeda; her three daughters, Erika Zepeda, Angela Zepeda, and Kaylyn Zepeda, all of McAllen; her sister, Patricia Trevino (Rogelio) of San Juan, and one granddaughter, Haven Miranda.
