Raul Bracamontes

Raúl Bracamontes, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at The Heights of Alamo.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Raúl Ángel Bracamontes, and his mother, Angelita Bracamontes.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Enedelia Bracamontes; his children, Diana Solis, Mario (Alicia Jaime) Bracamontes, Carlos (Elizabet) Bracamontes, and Claudia Bracamontes; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Raúl was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest joy was his family. A hardworking, humble, and generous man, he dedicated his life to providing for and caring for those he loved. He was always willing to help others and never sought recognition for all that he gave. His kindness, strength, and love for his family will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., with a 6:00 p.m. Rosary, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 311 East Expressway 83, San Juan, Texas. A Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Pharr, Texas. Interment of his cremated remains will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr, Texas.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan.
