ROSITA RAMON
PHARR - Rosita Ramon, 59, died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Solara Hospital in McAllen.
Born in Diaz Ordaz, Tamps., Mexico, Mrs. Ramon had lived in Pharr most of her life and was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Pharr.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ricardo Ramon.
Mrs. Ramon is survived by three daughters, Myrna Ramon, Sandra Vasquez, both of Pharr and Norma Segovia of McAllen; two sons, Marco Ramon of Pharr and Ricardo (Adelaida) Ramon, Jr. of Plainfield, Wisconsin; her parents, Refugio Vazquez and Maria Ramirez of Mexico; six grandchildren; four sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, today, June 12, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2009 at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Pharr. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
