RAMIRO GAITAN
PHARR- Ramiro Gaitan, 82, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Eladia S. Gaitan; parents, Rodolfo and Juanita Gaytan; and five siblings, Rodolfo Gaytan, Arturo Gaytan, Juan Gaytan, Reynaldo Gaytan and Elma Snell.
Ramiro is survived by his daughter, Monica (Cody Gonzalez) Gaitan; two grandchildren, Dominque Eva Cantu and Penelope Ava Gonzalez; and siblings, Rene (Sharlene) Gaytan and Jose D. Leal.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
