CARLOS RAMIREZ
HARGILL- Carlos Ramirez, 76, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Paxvilla Hospice in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Silvero and Felecitas Ramirez.
Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife, Amparo F. Ramirez of Hargill; four sons, Gasper (Maribel) Ramirez, Odon (Dora) Ramirez, both of Holland, Michigan, Carlos (Norma) Ramirez of Hargill, Lucky Ramirez of Holland, Michigan; four daughters, Maribel (Juan) Arce of Hargill, Criselda Rodriguez of Mission, Elia (Manuel) Castro, Ernestina (Pedro) Alvarado, both of Hargill; three sibilings, Jose Ramirez of Holland, Michigan, Esperanza Centeno, Rosa Davila, both of Edinburg; 39 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Hargill. Interment will follow at Cemeterio Valle De La Paz in Hargill.
Pallbearers will be Christopher O. Ramirez, Ruben Peralta, Justin C. Ramirez, Pedro Alvarado III, Marques Alvarado, and Alexandro Rodriguez.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
