Dora O. Puente, 70, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022, at her residence in Donna.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anastacio and Delia Ortiz; a brother, Ruben Ortiz; and a sister, Guadalupe Trevino.
Mrs. Puente is survived by her three children, Jose Angel (Laurie) Puente, Jose Luis (Leah) Puente, Maria Magdalena (Jonathan) Thompson; nine grandchildren; five siblings, Evangelina Anzaldua, Ramiro Ortiz, Danny Ortiz, Rogelio Ortiz, Gloria Perez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, February 11, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
