PHARR- Procoro De Leon, 89, died Thursday, February 29, 2024, at his residence in Pharr.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria De Leon; his parents, Jeronimo and Balbina De Leon; a daughter, Nicholasa Gonzalez, and a son, Victor De Leon.

seven children, Avelia (Roberto) Ramirez, Norma (Bonifacio) Cuenca, Maria (+Guillermo) Cueto, Irma (Martin) Patricia Zarate, Justino (+Imelda) De Leon, Emilio (Maria M.) De Leon, Javier (Ramona) De Leon; Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; One sister; Paula De Leon.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Mother Cabrini Catholic Parish in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
