EDCOUCH - Petra Cruz, 79, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at her residence in Edcouch.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clemente Cruz.
Mrs. Cruz is survived by her son, Christian (Laura Fonseca) Cruz; two granddaughters, Bethany Cruz, Evita Falcon; four siblings, Lucina Tello, Virginia Briagas, Pedro Tello, and Amado Tello.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
