GENTRY, Ark./SAN JUAN — Leticia Perez, 44, died Saturday, April 2, 2011, at McAllen Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria T. Ramirez.
Ms. Perez is survived by four children, Marcus Perez, Danielle Wahl, both of Siloam Springs, Ark., James Wahl, McKinney, Texas, Dakota Taylor, of Gentry, Ark., one brother, Joe M. Romero, of McAllen; four sisters, Lupita Vecchio, of Pharr, Maria De Jesus Vasquez, of San Juan, Sandra Ramirez, of Corpus Christi, Texas, Maritza L.R. Garcia, of Weslaco; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
