EDINBURG – Orelia Flores, 75, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at her residence in Edinburg. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Domingo Garza and Maria Suarez; four siblings, Esperanza Garza, Juan Garza, Domingo Garza, and Guadalupe Garza. 

Mrs. Flores is survived by her husband, Ruben Flores; seven children, Vic De Leon, Prizilla De Leon (Joe Regalado), Joe Anthony (Mary Jane) Flores, Lydia (Adolfo) O’con, Esperanza Ramirez, Ruben Flores II, Jessica Torres (Alexis Hernandez); 19 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven siblings, Carmen Anes, Amparo Garza, Rosario Reyna, Julio Garza, Aurelio Garza, Conrado Garza, and Roberto Garza.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.  Funeral service will take place at 12 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2024, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
