NAZARIA OCHOA
EDINBURG – Nazaria Ochoa, 86, died, Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at her residence in Edinburg.
Ms. Ochoa was born in Linn and had lived in Edinburg all of her life. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Domingo and Gertrudis Ochoa; and a brother, Pedro Preciliano Rodrguez.
Ms. Ochoa is survived by five children, Melida (Frank Castillo) Ochoa, Adela Munguia, Anastacio Ochoa, Jr., Vicente (Delia) Ochoa all of Edinburg, Melba (Carlos) Diaz of Brownwood, Texas; 23 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Gertrudis R. Fernandez; a brother, Domingo R. Rodriguez, Jr. both of Edinburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 am today, December 30, 2010, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Pallbearers will be Alfredo Ramos Jr., Vicente Ochoa II, Anastacio Ochoa III, Joey Borrego III, Felix Ochoa and Miguel Domingo Ochoa.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
