ESTELA MORALES
McALLEN – Estela Morales, 81, died Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Comfort House in McAllen.
She was born in Villa Aldama, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and had lived in McAllen most of her life.
Mrs. Morales is survived by her husband, Gumercindo Morales, of McAllen; two sons, Enrique (Bertha) Morales, of Reynosa, Gumercindo (Rosa) Morales, of Alton; four daughters, Cecilia (Jose) Maya, of North Carolina, Maria (Efrain) Flores, Esperanza (Manuel) Cantu, both of Mission, Estela (Arturo) Salinas, of Louisiana; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, February 12, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2012, at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
