JOSE OSCAR “CHOCA” MOLINA
REDGATE, TEXAS/EDINBURG — Jose Oscar “Choca” Molina, 69, died Thursday, April 1, 2010, at McAllen Medical Center.
Mr. Molina was born in Edinburg and had lived there all of his life.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Arabella “Misty” Molina; and his father, Enrique Molina.
Mr. Molina is survived by his wife, Juanita Molina of Redgate, Texas; one daughter, Selinda Gutierrez of Edinburg; two grandchildren, Bruce Michael Gutierrez and Savannah Molina; his mother, Maria R. Molina of Red Gate, Texas; four brothers, Moises Molina and Enrique P. Molina both of Red Gate, Texas, Leonel M. Molina of San Antonio, Texas and Jesus Molina of Faysville, Texas; four sisters, Esther M. Jimenez of Faysville, Texas, Olivia Ochoa of McAllen, Leonor M. Longoria of Edinburg and Gloria V. Molina of Red Gate, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 pm, with a 7 pm prayer service today, April 2, 2010, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 East Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Santa Anita Cemetery in Linn-San Manuel, Texas.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
