HIDALGO – Andrea “Andy” G. Miranda, 59, went home to our Lord Friday, June 1, 2018, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Gonzalez and Maria Lara; and son, Jose Israel Gonzalez.
Mrs. Miranda is survived by her loving husband, Manuel Miranda, Sr. of Alamo; six children, Veronica (Max) Pena of Edinburg, Cecilia (Fernando) Zaragoza, Miguel (Kimberly) Gonzalez, both of Victoria, TX, Sandra (Jesus) Aguirre of Hidalgo, Manuel Miranda Jr. of Edinburg, Francisco Javier Miranda of Alamo; eleven grandchildren; brother, Jose T. Gonzalez; and sister, Cruz G. Martinez, both of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
