PHARR- Olivia McDoland Valdez, 63, entered eternal rest Thursday, March 30, 2023.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Severo and Olivia McDonald.
Olivia is survived by her husband, Eliseo Valdez Sr.; a son, Eliseo Valdez Jr; four brothers, Severo McDonald Jr., Martin McDonald, Omar McDonald, Roberto McDonald; five sisters, Adela Lopez, Gracie Vargas, Sylvia McDonald, Yolanda Briones, and Tulles Figueroa.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
