MATIAS “FRANK” REYNA
EDINBURG–Matias “Frank” Reyna, 92, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026, at McAllen Heart Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Juana Reyna; five siblings, Abrana Reyna Palomo, Hilaria Reyna Salazar, Monica Reyna Garcia, Refugia Reyna Partida and Josefina Reyna Ortiz.
Matias is survived by his wife, Margarita Reyna; four children, Edward Reyna, Arthur (Carmel) Reyna, Richard Rene (Julie) Reyna, Cinthia Diane (Steven) Collins; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Edinburg.
