MARIA LUISA MARTINEZ
EDINBURG – Maria Luisa Martinez, 60, went home to our Lord, Thursday, October 12, 2017, at her residence in San Antonio.
Mrs. Martinez is preceded in death by her father, Casimiro Salinas, Sr.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Edmundo Martinez; two children, David E. (Roxie) Martinez, Cristina (Rolando) Lopez, all of San Antonio; four grandchildren, Olivia Marie Lopez, Zachary Lucas Lopez, Camila Alessandra Martinez and David Casimiro Martinez; her mother, Victoria Salinas of Edinburg; and four siblings, Oscar (Delia) Salinas of Mission, Ester (Alvarado) Salinas, Elena Lopez, Casimiro (Sandra) Salinas Jr., all of Edinburg.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Sunday, October 15, 2017, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, October 16, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
