MARTINA HERNANDEZ

EDINBURG – Martina Hernandez, 94, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025, at her residence in Edinburg.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Hernandez; three children, Herlinda Perez, Efrain Hernandez, and Juan Hernandez.

Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her nine children, Margarita Hernandez, Josefa (Silvino) Hernandez, Aurelio (Edna) Hernandez, Pedro (Amanda) Hernandez, Mario (Gloria) Hernandez, Jose Luis (Martha) Hernandez, Maria Reyna Estrada, Ramiro (Cristina) Hernandez, Graciela Hernandez; 44 grandchildren; 93 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and nephew, Abel (Gloria) Lopez.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
