MARGARITA MARMOLEJO
SAN JUAN – Margarita Marmolejo, 98, went home to our Lord Sunday, September 30, 2018, at San Juan Nursing Home.
Ms. Marmolejo was born in Millett, Texas and lived in San Juan most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oliverio Marmolejo; two sons, Santos Marmolejo and Oliverio Marmolejo Jr.
Ms. Marmolejo is survived by four sons, Fredrico (Guadalupe Z.) Marmolejo, Alfredo (Blanca) Marmolejo, Francisco (Guadalupe E.) Marmolejo, all of San Juan, Juan (Gloria) Marmolejo of Pharr; a daughter, Rosa Vasquez of Donna; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary today, October 2, 2018, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
