MARIO GARCIA
EDINBURG – Mario Garcia, 57, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by his father, Rafael Trevino; sister, Nora Castillo; and grandfather, Apolonio Garcia.
Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Melissa Garcia; three children, Francisco Lopez, Victoria Lynn Garcia, Mario Garcia Jr.; three grandchildren, Armando Maciel II; Francisco Lopez Jr., Karolina Mae Maciel; mother, San Juanita Garcia; four siblings, Lisa Verdeja, Eddic Calzada, Monica Trevino, and Jesus Trevino.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Memorial service Friday, January 16, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
