MARIA DEL SOCORRO FLORES
EDINBURG – Maria Del Socorro Flores, 88, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at South Texas Health System Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Angel Flores; daughter, Maria Elena Flores; and granddaughter, Jolissa Socorro Rangel.
Mrs. Flores is survived by her three children, Emma Flores (Harjeet Singh), Jose Angel Flores Jr. (Brenda Trevino), Martha Lidia Flores; six grandchildren, Melissa Espinoza, Kristine Esquivel, Joanne Rangel, Joe Rangel, Joey Flores, Gabby Flores; seven great-grandchildren, Dezirae Avila, Jolissa Rangel, Logan Rangel, Gianna Rangel, Alberto Hernandez, and Holliday Hernandez, and Bambino Cano III.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Memorial service Monday, November 3, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
