Maria G. "Mami" De Los Angeles

Maria G. “Mami” De Los Angeles, 95, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026, at McAllen Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roberto De Los Angeles; four children, Yolanda (Manuel+) Gaona, Guadalupe De Los Angeles, Roberto De Los Angeles Jr., Nora Luna; and four siblings.

Maria is survived by five children, Maria (Pedro+) Martinez, Oralia (Juan Jesus+) Martinez, Jaime De Los Angeles, Julia (Mario) Hernandez, Rey (Lupita Dimas) De Los Angeles; 21 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; 41 great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Aurora Estrada.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 12 noon Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home

Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of San Juan.
