MARIA DE LA LUZ FLORES DE TAMEZ
MISSION – Maria De La Luz Flores De Tamez, 90, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Colonial Manor in Pharr.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Enrique Tamez.
Mrs. Tamez is survived by her son, Enrique (Martha) Tamez Flores; three grandchildren, David (Veronica Ortega) Tamez, Adrian (Melissa) Tamez, Humberto (Liann) Tamez; three great-grandchildren, Santiago Tamez, Alexandre Tamez, Sophia Tamez; two siblings, Mayelo Flores, Carlos Flores; two nephews, Julio Salazar and Pepe Salazar.
Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
