MARIA DE JESUS GONZALEZ
EDINBURG – Maria De Jesus Gonzalez, 78, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Hidalgo Nursing and Rehabilitation in Center in Edinburg.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Bertha Gonzalez.
Maria De Jesus is survived by her daughter, Anna Secretto Gonzalez; three siblings, Rosa Martinez, San Juanita Sosa and Manuel Perez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. prayer service Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Edinburg. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
