LUISA VERA
SAN JUAN – Luisa Vera, 79, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at The Heights at Alamo.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Ortiz Espinosa; parents, Jose Vera and Manuela Franco; and four siblings, Maximiliano Vera, Luis Vera, Martha Vera, and Victoria Winter.
Mrs. Vera is survived by her two children, Jose Antonio Ortiz and Maria Katalina Ortiz; and six grandchildren, Diana Elizabeth Ortiz, Marco Antonio Ortiz, Samantha Lizeth Ortiz, Luis Enrique Reynoso, Marta Luisa Ortiz, and Orlando Benitez Jr.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. memorial service Friday, September 1, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in San Juan.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
