EDINBURG - Luis Fernando "Pipo" Gomez Ayala passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg.
He is survived by his parents, Victoriano Gomez Gomez and Ana Maria Gomez Ayala; his siblings, Ana Gabriel (Jesus Gonzalez) Gomez Ayala, Alfredo (Linda Barrera Gomez) Gomez Ayala, Daniel (Fernanda Cano) Gomez Ayala; nieces and nephews, Aleyda Denise, Raymond, Alonso, Melody Liann, Damian Joel, Roman Axel, Scarlett and Sofia Daniela; and his maternal grandmother, Irma Ayala Salinas.
Visitation will begin at 12 noon with a 6 p.m. rosary, Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
