OTILA B. LONGORIA EDINBURG – Otila B. Longoria, 90, died Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Amara Hospice in Edinburg. Born in Encino, Mrs. Longoria had lived in Edinburg most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Oscar Longoria, Sr.; and a son, Jose Oscar Longoria, Jr. Mrs. Longoria is survived by three sons, Deacon Jose Noe (Sylvia) Longoria of Laredo, Dr. Rolando Rene (Maria Luisa) Longoria of El Paso, Rudy (Nora) Longoria of McAllen; a daughter, Cynthia (Daniel) Salazar of McAllen; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ofilia Rodriguez of Encino and Olivia Villarreal of Mckinney. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, April 16, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 9 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Longoria Cemetery in Encino. Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
