AMALIA JIMENEZ JUAREZ DELMITA, TX – Amalia Jimenez Juarez, 73, died Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Starr County Memorial Hospital in Rio Grande City. She is preceded in death by her parents, Santiago and Severa Jimenez; two brothers, Baldemar and Fidencio Jimenez; a sister, Herlinda J. Perez; and her parents-in- law, Felix and Eva Juarez. Amalia is survived by her husband, Jose Angel Juarez of Delmita; three children, Isabel (David) Beltran, Evita J. (Omar) Alaniz, both of Delmita, Blanca Y. (Adam) Cully of Mission; six grandchildren, Delia, Gilbert, Ashley, April, Anthony, Audrey; and her beloved dog Chula. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary Friday, October 9, 2015, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna. Funeral service are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg
