Juan Julian Lopez

Juan Julian Lopez, 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at his residence in Donna, Texas. He was a loving husband, father and Papies.
Juan was born in 1951 in Donna. In December of 1971 he met Estella, his wife of 50 years, in Julesburg, Colorado. They were married in May of 1973 in Ft. Stockton, Texas. Juan and Estella were blessed with 4 children. He was an amazing father, always providing love, guidance, and support to his children, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever. He was a hard worker, always giving his best to whatever tasks he placed his hands to.
Beyond his role as a family man, he was known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. He touched the lives of many through his acts of kindness and generosity. Juan always offered a helping hand to those in need, and his compassionate nature left a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
After coming to Christ and accepting Him as his personal Lord and Savior in 1978, Juan was a man of unwavering faith. His devotion to Christ was evident in every aspect of his life, and he served as a beautiful true example to others.
Juan is preceded in death by his parents, Bonifacio Lopez and Leonarda Martinez; a sister, Margarita Robles; and two brothers, Thomas Lopez, Eliseo Lopez.
He is survived by his wife, Estella Lopez; four children, Cynthia (Jeff) Flickinger, Melissa Lopez, Belinda (Daniel) Lopez, Joshua (Robyn) Lopez; six grandchildren, Brittany (CJ) Hernandez, Aribella Lopez, BaileyAn Flickinger, Jesalyn Lopez, Lauren Lopez, Madelyn Lopez; three great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Hernandez, Scarlett Hernandez, Tristan Hernandez; four siblings, Francisca Rodriguez, Cecilia Castillo, Juan Lopez and Maria Herebia.
The family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a Memorial Service on Thursday, December 28th at 6:00pm at Life Ministries Church, 2919 N Closner, Edinburg, Texas 78541.

Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
