JUAN CANO III
SAN JUAN – Juan Cano III, 85, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg.
He is preceded in death by two daughters, Sylvia Cano, and Sandra Cano; his parents, Juan Jr. and Guadalupe Cano; and several siblings.
Juan is survived by his eight children, Alicia (Armando Guajardo) Cano, Janie (Herman) Olvera, Elena (Ruben) Cavazos, Ruben Cano Dalia (Tony) Tran, Juan Cano IV, Debbie Jane (Jamie) Cano, Jay Cano; 16 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
