SAN JUAN – Jose Ricardo Orozco, 77, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026, at his residence in San Juan.
He is preceded in death by his son, Roberto Carlos Orozco; parents, Francisco and Guadalupe Orozco; and four siblings, Maria de Jesus Orozco, Maria Christina Orozco, Sergio Orozco and Raul Orozco.
Jose is survived by his wife, Melva M. Orozco; four children; Rosa Elena Orozco, Monica Elizabeth Orozco, Christina Isabel Orozco and Abigail Araceli Orozco; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Jose Rafael Orozco and Angelita Guevara.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Cremation will follow at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
