JOSE SIXTO BERRONES
SAN JUAN – Jose Sixto Berrones, 92, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025, at South Texas Health System in McAllen.
He is preceded in death by his six siblings, Ignacio Berrones, Miguel Berrones, Abel Berrones, Refugio Berrones, Maria Berrones, and Josefa Berrones.
Mr. Berrones is survived by his five children, Juan Ramiro (Olivia) Berrones, Norma L. (+Rene) Yanez, Rogelio (Marissa) Berrones, Alma Delia Berrones, Jose Miguel (Sabrina) Berrones; 13 grandchildren, Eric, Myra, Javier, Adamn, Alahn, Rogelio Jr. (RJ), Rebecca Marie, Rolando Marcos, Adrian, Stephanee, Aubree, Jayden, Maddox; 12 great-grandchildren, Darias, Kailani Aileen, Angelina, Adamn Jr., Dominick, Brianna, Nalia, Lawrence Adrian, Adrienne, Gianna Amera, Mathew, Mason; sister, Tomasita Berrones; two nieces, Maria (Charlie) Berrones Luna, Maria Del Rosario Hinojosa; and mother of his children, Maria Guadalupe Berrones.
Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
