JOSE MIGUEL BARRAZA
EDINBURG – Jose Miguel Barraza, 58, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Valentin Barraza and Socorro Ibarra; two brothers, Richard Barraza and Fernando Barraza.
Mr. Barraza is survived by his six children, Isaac (Frances Martinez) Barraza, Crystal (Victor “Ted” Herrera) Barraza, Joe (Patricia) Barraza Jr., Lisa Marie Barraza, Jasmine Barraza, Ava Barraza; five siblings, Jaime Barraza, Teresa Cerda, Eduardo Barraza, Maria Villalobos, and Armando Barraza.
Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
